About this apartment rental
Suitable 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop one one block away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. First bedroom has a queen bed, Second room has a single bed, full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.
We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

The listing was exactly as advertised. We did choose to walk up the stairs as the elevator had a sign for only one person and seemed a little odd. We were a family of 5 with a toddler & 2 boys and we fit just right. I doubt anymore than 5 will fit comfortably. We walked to the FoodBazaar & Popeye’s to eat as those were within walking distance. Uber rides to Manhattan & back ranged from 30-40. I will say that the city is awake at all hours of the night but the AC drains out the noise. We loved our stay and so thankful that Claudia’s apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable! We will definitely stay again if we ever come back up north!

First time to NYC, so used this apartment and public transportation to explore. Bus was good, didn’t spend too much time waiting. Apartment was nice at the end of the day to rest our feet. Elevator was out of order. so 3rd floor could be difficult for some, but it was fine for us. Parking was great for our pickup. We slept 5, which was fine since we were in the city all the time. 3 people would be better if you plan to stay in the room and watch tv and cook etc…

This was our second stay with Claudia and it most definitely WON’T Be our last. We enjoyed our previous stay so much, that booking with her was a clear option for us.

Check in was smooth. There was barely any hot water in the shower. I let the host know the first day but nothing was done about it before I left my stay
