Cozy 3 BR suite, 15 min to NYC &Times Sq

Apartamento muy cómodo, con cocina y baño equipados. Fácil comunicación con el propietario. Está situado delante de un bonito parque con muchas ardillas. Barrio tranquilo. Calefacción central.

Las ventanas no cierran muy bien. Los autobuses a Manhattan (159, 156, 128, 165 y 166) tardan 30-40 min, valen 4$, tienen buenas vistas de Manhattan y son muy cómodos pero tuvimos algunos problemas en los viajes de vuelta al apartamento, la empresa de transporte está muy mal organizada.

Cicha okolica po pobycie w Nowym Jorku tam się odpoczywa. Duży park po drugiej stronie ulicy z kortami i placem zabaw. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego z którego jeździliśmy do NJ autobusem nr 128. Winda leciwa ale sprawna i dała radę. Piękny widok na Manhattan.

Közlekedés tökéletes. 5 percen belül már a buszon lehet lenni és irány a NewYork. Vissza fele ugyanott tesz le a busz. Igazi amerikai feelingű környék és szállás. Tökéletes minden és mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

The property was very spacious, comfortable beds, and clean. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The bus routes were within 2 blocks of the property. It was easiest to pick up the NJ transit bus 168 at the bottom of the hill to go into the city and take the 159 bus home, which dropped us off at the top of the hill. Fare is $4 each way per person. The apartment is in the middle of the walk either way. The property owner communicated frequently, answered all our questions and accommodated our early arrival. The kitchen had been updated. Entry and exit codes were easy to use.

The commute to NYC via personal car, uber/lyft, or public transit is WAY more than 15 minutes. We traveled in early in the morning and late at night and it took a minimum of 45 minutes at non-busy times to get to the bus station near Times Square. There is no living area space- 3 bedrooms(one with a tv), a kitchen/dining area, and one very tiny bathroom. The apartment could use some updates, It definitely showed its age. Needed more toilet paper than was provided. You cannot control the temperature of the apartment but there are window air conditioners in each room as well as fans. The radiated heat system was very warm and we used the AC’s and the fans even though it was cold outside. There was no information provided at the property about how to navigate to the city and no information about the neighborhood (restaurants, grocery stores, etc) The elevator in the building is very dated- equivalent to the building. It had an inside and outside door and was VERY tiny. 5 adults had to cram in to all ride together.
