With multiple living spaces, an elevator, a screened porch, and plenty of room to spread out, this home makes group beach trips feel effortless.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The fenced pool area is ready for long, sunny vacation days with lounge chairs and additional seating surrounding the private pool and connected spa. The tiki bar adds another fun gathering spot with barstools, sitting chairs, and a low table nearby.
A gas grill makes outdoor meals easy, and an outdoor shower is ready for rinsing off after the beach. A ground-level half bathroom with exterior access from the driveway just outside the pool gate is especially convenient during pool days.
Please note that the spa is connected to the swimming pool and is not a hot tub. When heating is requested, the pool and spa are heated together to the same temperature. Heating is optional, requires a 3-night minimum, and is available by request outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.
KITCHEN & LIVING SPACES
The top level is the main gathering space, with a comfortable living area and electric fireplace. The kitchen offers an island/breakfast bar with seating, two dishwashers, a full-size refrigerator, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.
Just off the kitchen and dining area, the screened-in porch offers a table and chairs for meals, morning coffee, or evenings outside.
The mid level provides a second den, along with a wet bar and wine fridge. The Treasure Closet is stocked with games for downtime between beach and pool adventures.

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.
Smoke & Drug-Free Environment: All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are prohibited.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees. This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property. Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
Gas Grill: A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
Parking: Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.

Beautiful home inside and out. Nice to have golf cart for our stay. My only criticism is with advertising “hot tub”. Not your typical hot tub but more of a jetted kiddie pool. We paid to have it and pool heated which made the pool lovely but hot tub same temp as pool. I am not accustomed to having to pay for “hot tub “ if in description of property. With that said the home is wonderful and stocked well and we would definitely stay there again!

First and foremost, the low score is for the property manager, not the house. The home is advertised with a hot tub and it does not have one. His number on VRBO is wrong. It’s hard to get a hold of him.
We stayed 7 nights in this incredible home. The location is perfect. It’s well stocked and we enjoyed nearly every minute of our time.
The property manager is a liar, who is falsely advertising this home with a hot tub. He blamed the pool company, then the owner. Vrbo was no help. There are SO many other choices in the neighborhood for rentals, I’d skip this house until they’re under new management.
