Step inside to find a beautifully decorated home with fresh paint, new appliances, and all-new furnishings designed for relaxation and comfort. Our layout features a convenient first-floor suite with a private bathroom, making it accessible for guests of all ages.

No smoking inside the property. Violators will be charged $350.
No pets allowed, except a service animal with supporting documentation. Violators will be charged a $350 fee.
Maximum occupancy: 8-10
Please use dark wash cloths for make-up.
Please do not take towels off the premises except for beach towels to the pool. Please return beach towels upon checkout.
*Note* All items are inventoried before and after check-in and check-out. Missing items will incur additional charges to the guest.
Gate code: #2736 gate
Front door code will be the last 4 of the phone number on the reservation.
Key card for the pool/gym.
Please keep safe and leave upon departure.
Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the exit.
Please Turn off lights and disconnect washer/dryer upon departure.
Please close all doors and windows when departing.
Coral Cay has a strict parking policy. This means that parking on the street is not permitted and will result in the towing of your vehicle at your own cost. Parking violations include; Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Clubhouse Parking is for guests only, Anyone Parked in these spaces between 9 p.m to 9 a.m will be towed. Don`t risk being towed and park on the driveway.

This was a great place to stay for family! It was clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Only about a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney/universal parks depending on traffic so this was super convenient! I’d give the host 5 stars as they were extremely accommodating, quick to respond if we needed anything, and very kind. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others!

Please consider improving the master bedroom. Bed frame is horrible!!! The bed frame beat our legs up getting in and out. The bed frame is a safety hazard. I would like to suggest a taller and possibly bigger bed w/ a different frame, and also a bigger tv. This can help increase the number of return clients. However, we do appreciate the cleanliness. Thank you for having us.
