Street and sidewalk parking are not permitted, and violations may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

The townhome was perfect sized for our group which was 7, but the thermostat was non adjustable and everyone was sweating all night long. We had to open windows to try to cool the place off, but it was just too hot. When I reached out to our host about anything through the Vrbo app, they never responded to what I was asking or saying. They sent automated texts instead with no regard to the questions or statements we had. Also, the floors were super dirty. We wore just sock inside the house and the bottoms were BLACK after a small amount of time walking around inside. So besides the dirty floors and my sister-in-law throwing up in the middle of the night from the heat, the place was nice.
