Welcome to your Northern Arizona retreat in the heart of Flagstaff! This brand-new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Juniper Point offers 2,675 square feet of spacious, modern living. Perfect for groups or families of up to 10, this home features an open-concept kitchen and living area, inviting you to gather and relax around the cozy gas fireplace. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 2 queens (one is a fold-out couch), and 4 twin bunk beds, making it ideal for everyone in your group to unwind comfortably.
The master suite boasts an expansive, beautifully designed bathroom—a true sanctuary with all the luxurious touches. The large-screen TV and king-size bed make this room a wonderful getaway.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is just for the kids, with two twin-size bunk beds.
n addition, the home provides convenient access to the attached garage, making arrivals and departures a breeze, especially in snowy weather. Snow removal is provided when accumulation reaches 4", reach out for further details if snow is a concern. Speaking of snow, this home is located within walking distance of the best sledding hill in Flagstaff!

Please be conscious of the outdoor lighting you utilize during your stay. All outdoor lights should be on only while you are outside. Light pollution is very important in this area - by booking this home, you are agreeing to reduce outdoor lighting during your stay.

The hot tub is maintained twice a week. They will not go in the home but will be on the property for about 15-20 minutes between the hours of 7 am and 10 am to keep up with the hot tub cleanliness. This schedule may change due to holidays or as needed by the company.
Trash Can Monkey service is provided twice a week. Large trash cans are kept outside, behind a small gate as required by the community. The can monkey service will briefly enter the gate and place the trash cans on the curb on the required day and return then the following day. Please be aware that they will enter the edge of the property momentarily to ensure timely and consistent trash pickup.
What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

Spacious and very clean home.

The house was immaculate when we arrived and all instructions were easy to find and follow within the house. The lights were a little tricky to turn on because of the non-sliding dimmers but once we got the hang of it it was smooth sailing. I only wish we’d had more time there!

This home was perfect for our quick weekend ski trip getaway! Our group enjoyed the house and all it offered. We appreciated the fact that the kitchen offered items or utensils we forgot to think about purchasing at the store. This home offered lots of space for our group. I will definitely recommend this space to family and friends.
