Kick back and relax in this cozy, stylish home by Greenfield Lake & the Amphitheater. Updated interior with all the comforts for your stay. Sleeps up to 6 adults with 3 bedrooms - one with a Sleep Number king bed and two with queen beds and 2 full baths . The 2 bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, hairdryers, paper products and soaps for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig & drip coffee machine plus coffee & creamers provided. You'll love the front and back covered porches with a glider on the front and table/chairs on the back. There's a fire pit in the backyard perfect for cool nights and a gas grill under a cabana. With amenities like WiFi, 3 ROKU TV's, A/C, and a washer & dryer, guests can feel at home in this beautiful space. There's so much to do and see while you're traveling & exploring Wilmington and our beautiful beaches. 2 blocks to Greenfield Lake park, a year round birding oasis & the perfect place to enjoy nature with family & friends. Nearby Greenfield Lake has a 5 mile walking/biking path, tennis & pickleball courts, skate park, paddle boats and a boat launch. The Cozy Cottage is a short drive or Uber/Lyft ride to historic downtown Wilmington with lovely tree-lined streets where you can explore nearby parks, landmarks, & all that downtown has to offer. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood setting with close proximity to restaurants & entertainment. Universal Tesla EV charger just installed for easy quick charging at the house.

We were very pleased with this property. Everything was just as described and the details were very clear and communication with the host was prompt. This home was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area for any amount of time. It was very close to all the attractions that we were needing to see and then some. It was located at the end of the street so there was no thru traffic and was very quiet. It was such a joy to get up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the glider or on the back porch. We did not get to use the fire pit but was glad to see it there for future bookings. Thank you so much for the detail in decoration and stocking this beautiful little house for us to enjoy!

Cozy Cabin was exactly that... Cozy! The home was immaculate with wonderful amenities not normally found at a VRBO rental. Beautifully decorated! We were entertained daily by the squirrels and birds while back-porch sitting in the mornings and evenings. Such a peaceful location.The Cozy Cabin provided a relaxing vibe between hospital visits (the reason we were there). It was definitely a comforting respite after the stresses of the day.Laura was a great host!

This house is nicely decorated and Laura has done a great job of setting up the place to enjoy all the comforts of home. She has gone above and beyond, providing extra items such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Lots of pots and pans, serving dishes and storage containers for left-overs. Definitely deserves a five star rating. We stayed for 2 weeks over the Christmas holiday and was extremely comfortable. Location was handy to everything; restaurants, grocery stores and the Beach.
