About this house rental
Enjoy Wilmington from this cozy Castle Street getaway! Walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, wine bar, indoor mini golf bar, yoga studio, and local shops or explore historic downtown nearby. Relax in the private fenced backyard with a fire pit, string lights, and outdoor seating. Inside, you'll find 2 inviting bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a double sleeper sofa for extra guests. Family-friendly amenities make traveling with little ones easier. Wrightsville Beach is about 20 minutes away.

Free street parking is available on the street directly in front of and around the home. Guests usually park their one car right in front of the house. If guests bring 2 cars, there are more empty spots directly across the street.
We only can accommodate up to 6 guests in our home with one bathroom. We have a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and double size sofa sleeper in the living room. The double sleeper is best suited for one adult and 2 kids, or 2 adults who don't mind cozier sleeping arrangements. We have one bathroom, which all guests can access from the hallway.
We do not allow parties or events. We charge an additional $25 per night per guest over 4 guests.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance/street and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

Wilmington is the 8th biggest city in North Carolina. Wilmington has suburban and urban neighborhoods. This is an authentic urban neighborhood with a mix of longtime residents, newer residents, local businesses, and ongoing revitalization. Because of our proximity to downtown Wilmington in the Castle Street district, you’ll experience the energy of an urban neighborhood, including occasional pedestrian and street activity. We provide sound machines in both bedrooms for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The Castle Street District is an up-and-coming, inclusive, and diverse neighborhood with a lot of character & local businesses that our guests love to visit! Spend the morning at Wrightsville Beach, then come back to Castle Street for dinner and drinks — without paying beach-town prices.
Early check-in
We keep our cleaning fee low by doing laundry on-site between stays. Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. We offer early check-in and/or late-checkout for $35.

This place was perfect for access to downtown Wilmington a quick 5 minute drive or Uber ride to get in and out. The property was clean and inviting. The hosts covered all the bases with their check in email and on-site notebook. Would stay here again!
