Ducted heating and refrigerated cooling throughout this lovely Lady home. You also have access to the double lock-up garage for 2 vehicles and an added bonus of access to the Settler’s Cove tennis courts.
A BBQ, table and seating is provided to complete this wonderful beach holiday home package. Alfresco outdoor entertaining around the extremely inviting gas heated plunge pool & spa that can be utilised all year round.

2 nights: this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year.

Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful family home in a lovely location. The house is nicely maintained and very comfortable. Our little cavoodle also enjoyed the holiday - especially the dog friendly and safe back yard. Joanne, the property manager, was extremely helpful and quickly responsive, especially when we had trouble getting the pool heater started (the handbook was a little hidden initially). Overall a great stay.
