One of the toilets was very difficult to deal with. The chain on the gasket kept falling off each time and if you didn’t fix it the toilet would keep running. The overall place is clean. It is definitely a bit of a walk to the beach, especially if you are carrying things. Note: there are a lot of stairs that lead to the private beach, which we didn’t mind. The kitchen is a good size to make dinner. Backyard patio is awesome with the speaker.

House was clean and spacious, plenty of room for 10 of us! Loved the large table that we could all eat together and play games. Location was close to private beach which was great! Only issue we had was communication with Vacasa. While they would respond quickly, several times their responses weren’t accurate. I asked ahead of time how many beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons were there…got an incorrect answer. The beach wagon that was there was broken so I reached out and they responded quickly. Said we would receive a new one on Wednesday, by Friday still no wagon even though I reached out a second time and they said one would be delivered. After we checked out housekeeping called looking for the wagon…told them it wasn’t ever delivered. Normally this would not be a big deal but when you are walking to the beach it is.

Pleasant house clean inside. Yard less so. House plenty comfortable. Short walk to nice beach.Trying to communicate through My Vacasa was difficult and frustrating.

The layout of this home is ideal with two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house each having their own bathroom. Our family reunion worked out great because of multiple large sitting areas indoors and out. Initially, we had trouble with locating trash cans, but finally did find them out in front of the house. Other than one bathroom toilet that requires jiggling to stop running. And the chain keeps coming off i would have given Five stars
