Welcome to this lovely Pet-friendly house with hardwood floors throughout as well as a fenced-in backyard featuring a large deck! This home also features a 2.5-car garage with an EV charger. This property features four bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a king-sized bed, full-sized bathroom, skylights, fireplace and separate entrance. The other three bedrooms all have queen-sized beds with regular closets and at least one window. The second bathroom is a full bathroom as well.
One of the bedrooms features a dedicated office space, complete with a desk.
Indoor amenities include ceiling fans in every room, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a sectional couch, coffee table, and a smart TV, perfect for lounging and relaxing. Hardwood flooring throughout the house adds a classic and cozy touch to the space.
The kitchen is open plan, with traditional elements, quartz countertops, and necessary cooking amenities. There is an island that can seat 6-8 guests. A laundry area is situated in an open room next to the kitchen with door leading to the backyard and deck.
