The spacious living area provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach, a challenging round of golf, or exploring the island. With two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, this condo is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for both comfort and privacy. There also is a convenient half-bath for guests on the main level. For your stay, a starter set of kitchen and bathroom supplies is provided. For example, a starter shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available. Two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom are provided. And a starter dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towel roll are provided. Finally, prepare a meal or snack in the fully-equipped kitchen, then settle in to enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the smart TV.

Guests have access to all the 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home, with full kitchen and living area including games and smart TV access in main room as well as both bedrooms. A front closet holds beach chairs, mat, umbrella, games, and pool toys for guests. Outside in the fenced area, guests have access to two bicycles with locks.

The home was in a wonderful location. Close to the beach and shops. Though it was a bit colder, my children still enjoyed the pool and several hours at the beach. There was some beach gear provided and lots of kitchen extras. The beds were comfortable, which is super important for me. Great communication with the host, I ask soooo many questions. They even allowed us to check out a little late, seeing it was my son's bday. Amazing time. Will def stay again.

We have been to Hilton Head several times, the last 4 times we have stayed at Courtside Villas because we like the proximity to the beach and Coligny. The condo we stayed at during our most recent visit was great! The owner was very responsive to all questions before and during the stay. I especially liked being able to access the condo with keyless entry code shared the day of arrival rather than having to go to a property management office to check in. This was very convenient. The condo itself was very clean and the decor was modern and cute! Beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were updated, and living/dining furniture were nice quality. The condo comes with 2 bikes which we made use of, and our daughter and her friends made use of the beach gear that was available. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the condo made our stay very enjoyable. We love Hilton Head and usually come back every couple of years. We will definitely look to book this condo again!
