IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- The indoor fireplace is not for use.
- The upper bunk is not included in the sleeping accommodations and should not be used.
- Outdoor grill is current out of service.
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver`s license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* Dogs are allowed – We allow up to 2 dogs. The first dog is subject to a $55 fee, and each additional dog will be $27.50. The dog size must not exceed 70lbs each. We will ask the size and breed of your dog.
* Fireplace is not to be used
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

Fantastic location and has a beautiful view of the lake ( from either inside the home or on the decks). My elderly mom was able to get into the home and move around comfortably because of few steps and main living on one level. Host was very responsive to questions and willing to help if we needed anything. Thank you for sharing you home ! We loved our stay.

Beautiful rental with plenty of space.

Loon Pond is clean, pretty, and peaceful.The property manager is cordial and responsive.However, we felt that the property is a lot smaller and more rustic than the pictures and description convey. We also had concerns about the property's suitability for people with mobility issues, or for families with small children. In particular, the interior stairs are very steep, with open treads at non-standard heights, and lack a child-safe railing.In addition, there were some maintenance issues which we have communicated to the property manager.
