About this house rental
Brand new (built in 2016) lake house nestled into a small cove (off of a no wake zone) with a beautiful sandy beach for the kids and private dock!
This house is not your typical lake living. 3 generous sized bedrooms, air conditioning, 2 car garage, deck, and flat beach area are just some of the wonderful amenities that await. After a relaxing day on the lake sink in to the jetted tub in the master-bath or sit on the deck and listen to the Loons!
Bring your boat and enjoy the water sports that Mousam has to offer; such as water skiing, tubing, or fishing. There is a public boat launch.
Living room offers a large sectional couch with a 75" flat screen TV.
This house has it all and will surely be a place to make lasting family memories in any of the 4 seasons. Enjoy the view from the multi tiered deck. No matter the season this home has it all!

Our multi-family group of 10 stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.. it’s MUCH bigger in person (especially the bedrooms). Bruce was an EXCELLENT communicator — throughout the year with my 10,000 questions and while we were staying he kept us abreast of weather things, etc. Everything in the kitchen was well stocked from spices to paper towels, etc. The actual house was very spacious and accommodated our 3 families really well. We had 4 kids on the trip who were all under 4, and everything was pretty well “kid proofed” which made life better. The dock area has a shallow part where you can gradually get into the water, which was nice for the kids. We were able to park our bass boat at the dock and we also enjoyed the “shallow rock beach” out in the lake to lounge and relax with the kids. Caught some slammer bass throughout the week! We didn’t watch TV very much, but both TVs were great and had access to platforms like Netflix which made things more convenient (than logging in with ours). Our only 3 critiques for the future would be: shades on the windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms, throw blankets for the couch (or ask guests to bring some), and a non slip mat for the bathtub shower. Overall, amazing week, highly recommend, and we would absolutely rent this house again!!

This home is absolutely FABULOUS. The amenities on the inside are wonderful, with an incredibly spacious kitchen and seating area for eating. The deck is comfortable and spacious, with an AMAZING view of the lake from the top of a hill.Whether you are going with family, friends, or just a couple, this house has everything you could possibly want in a quiet lake house getaway in Maine. Grocery stores are close by, and everything is easily accessible. I cannot recommend this property enough to someone looking to rent a place for a weekend, or a month! Looking forward to getting back there next year for our annual October trip!
