Welcome to the bungalow on the grounds of Haus Silvana—a charming and cozy accommodation in a quiet location at Waldstraße 7 in the seaside resort of Zempin on Usedom. Spanning 45 square meters across two rooms, the bungalow—completely modernized in 2021—accommodates up to 2 adults and one child and features a modern interior, plenty of privacy, and its own south-west-facing terrace with patio furniture—ideal for sun-drenched outdoor moments during your vacation. And best of all: Your dog is also very welcome here.
The heart of the bungalow is the cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping option, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area—everything self-caterers need for a relaxing vacation. The separate bedroom features a spacious double bed (2.00 m × 2.00 m) and an open closet for your vacation wardrobe. The bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet, stylishly completes the bungalow’s amenities.
Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space in front of the house are, of course, included. In the Silvana building, there is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer available for shared use for a small fee.
