The house is suitable for 2 families or several couples who want to spend a vacation in an area with beautiful nature and close to one of Denmark's best beaches, Marielyst. The house is 215 m² and was built in 1995, and in 2013 the house underwent a partial renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet, and a washing machine and dryer in one of them. The indoor swimming pool offers plenty of opportunities for play and socializing. The pool measures 3.5 m x 4.6 m and is up to 1.4 m deep. The activity room has billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. Relax in the sauna and the 2-person indoor hot tub. The activity room has the following equipment: Billiards. Table tennis. Darts. Table football. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The beds are divided into: four rooms with double beds, two rooms with single beds. And one room with four bunk beds. In addition, there is 1 cot. In the holiday home there is a TV. DVD player. Radio. Stereo system. CD player. There are at least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet is available. On the 1400 m2 child-friendly grounds there is plenty of space for ball games and play. There is an 18 m² open terrace area with plenty of space for sun, fun and barbecues. Swing and sandpit for the little ones. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
