This beachside summer home offers ample space for family or friends, with both indoor and outdoor attractions. The house features a wellness area with an 18 m2 indoor pool, complete with a water slide and counter-current system, a sauna, and a whirlpool. For entertainment, there's a large activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, as well as a TV area with a PS4 and a home bar. The open-plan kitchen and living space serve as the heart of the home, with a large dining table and a cozy sofa area near a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. The house can accommodate twelve people across six double bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom wing has a bathroom, with an additional bathroom in the pool area. Outside, a partially covered terrace with a barbecue is perfect for sunny days, and a large common nature playground nearby offers additional outdoor fun. The house is in a car-free zone, with a central car park available. However, unloading baggage or charging electric cars is possible near the house.
