This spacious 16-person summer house, located near the beautiful town of Marielyst and one of Denmark's best beaches, is perfect for large families. The property boasts a variety of indoor activities and amenities, including a pool and wellness room with a water slide, whirlpool, and sauna. An activity room offers table football, billiards, table tennis, darts, and games consoles, while a home bar caters to spectators. The main living area features a cosy sofa nook and a large dining table adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, a partially covered terrace with a barbecue and loungers overlooks a private garden with a trampoline, swing, play tower, and large lawn. The house has two separate sleeping quarters, each with three bedrooms and a bathroom, and a large loft with a TV. Additional features include an 11kw car charging stand and an air conditioner/air purifier with a Nanoe air purification system in the living room.
