Complimentary Virgin TV with high speed fibre broadband . The kitchen area is fully equipped with seating area if desired . The bedroom has wardrobe, chest of drawers and king size bed with Emma premium mattress, Baavet wool duvet and hypoallergenic feather pillows . Baavet wool pillows can be requested before stay . Complimentary toiletries and egyptian cotton towels are provided in the walk in shower room . The property is heated by gel radiators which are super efficient and eco friendly. For your security a ring doorbell is fitted at front door

Very comfortable and cozySo peaceful with close proximity to the river Within walking distance to the shops and Perth museum . Beautiful Scone Palace within a five minute drive.The host Marie was very responsive to any needs that arose . She left us some goodies in the fridge which was a really nice touch We picked this location as a central home base for our travels which worked out well for our needs .Really enjoyed our stay

The property was well located only a short walk over the bridge to resturants. Parking was on road permit provided. Given location to road was very quiet. We had everthing needed to start relaxing. Inc Tea / coffee milk shampoo and shower gel in case we forgot anything. There is a Coop 5 mins walk.
