In Berry, close to the town center of Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre and its lake, recreational swimming pool (in July/August).
Between La Châtre, Argenton-sur-Creuse, and Lake Eguzon, this detached house is located in a hamlet of three houses with a beautiful, enclosed, tree-lined garden. Access from the garden leads to the living area with kitchen/dining room, lounge with television, shower room, separate toilet, and two connecting bedrooms (120 cm bed and 140 cm bed), one of which opens directly onto the garden.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom (90 cm bed and 140 cm bed) with a seating area (sofa bed) and television.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Large, tree-lined garden with seating area, dining area, barbecue, and plancha grill.
Electric heating (charged based on consumption).
2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the garden.
