Holiday Villa Truc is a charming stone-built retreat located in a natural and tranquil setting in the north of the island, in the prestigious village of Pollensa. This cosy, single-storey house has been designed to offer comfort and relaxation, ideal for those looking to unwind and relax in the heart of nature.
As you enter, you will discover a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows that offer impressive views of the garden. Here, the space is flooded with natural light and combines the interior of the house with the beauty of the exterior. The villa has three en-suite bedrooms, each designed to ensure privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, and the laundry room comes in handy during longer stays.
The outdoor area of Villa Truc is a true paradise. There is a large swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and a lovely barbecue area for al fresco dining with friends and family. For the more active, the villa offers a table tennis table for fun and entertainment.

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your estimated time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organise the handover of the keys together.

The holiday villa is situated only 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is situated in the north of Mallorca and is about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not completely developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide range of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.

the kids loved the pool and the ping-pong table, and the BBQ area was perfect for evening meals. the location was quiet but close enough to Pollensa to explore easily. we will come back!

Villa Truc is a peaceful escape, and we loved how spacious and well-lit the house was. The large garden with the pool made it feel like our own private retreat. The kitchen was adequately stocked, though a few more basics like spices would have been handy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature.
