The villa has a spacious terrace with a cosy dining area, both indoors and outdoors. Here you can enjoy your meals with a wonderful view. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a culinary experience - from an oven and fridge to coffee and tea making facilities.
State-of-the-art technology ensures your entertainment: a flat-screen TV with satellite channels is at your disposal. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, towels and a hairdryer, so that you can feel completely at ease.
The outdoor area of the villa is a real highlight: a spacious, fenced pool offers you and your children safety and fun. The adjoining sun terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe. The picturesque town of Pollensa with its famous Calvari steps - 365 steps that lead you to a breathtaking viewpoint - is just 3 kilometres away. The historic centre of Alcudia, known for its charming alleyways and diverse shopping opportunities, is also just 7 km away.

All bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned to ensure pleasant temperatures even on warm days.
IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your estimated time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) in order to organise the handover of the keys together.

The holiday villa is situated only 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is situated in the north of Mallorca and is about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not completely developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide range of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location with easy access to Pollensa and Alcudia. The pool area is fantastic, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals. The villa was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated.
