Sijainti oli lähellä uimarantaa oli myös mahdollista kävellä keskustaan. Oli rauhallista. Asunto oli vanhassa talossa, joten siitä oli tehty niin viihtyistä kuin oli mahdollista.
Asuntoon pitää nousta kaksi kerrosta todella ahtaita ja jyrkkiä portaita - laukkujen kantaminen vaatii hyvää kuntoa. Jos sää on viileä myös asunnossa on hieman kylmä. Lämmitys vaikea käyttää ja omistaja varoitteli sen käyttämisestä.

Ein angenehmes Viertel. Trotz der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum recht ruhig
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war katastrophal. Auf meinen Wunsch nach zwei Schlüsseln wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Der einzige Schlüsselbund sollte in einem nahegelegenen Laden abgeholt werden. Der dazu nötige Code wurde mir trotz fünffacher Anfrage nicht mitgeteilt, erst als wir nach Ankunft in der Stadt mit der Vermieterin telefonierten, bekamen wir die Auskunft. Für entspannte Urlaubstage ist das keine gute Voraussetzung
