I gave a ten ranking, but it is too little.By far the best appartment we have ever stayed. Clean, modern,easy parking in a safe neighbourhood.We are four, but could easily accommodate more. Easy access to Monopoli (5 '), Polignano (12') and all other villages were about 20' driving. Communication with hosts easy and continuous. Self check in instructions with fotos and videos. And for all the above, the price was still better than the majority of other choices in the area.

Parking is always easy to find. Two bedrooms and the living room are as shown in the photos. The bathroom is good. Overall, a good place.
The sofa in the living room needs cleaning or replacement. There is no wardrobe near the entrance, so you have to go to the bedroom to hang jackets. All the rooms are quite dark and don’t get enough natural light.
