    Had issues on booking and no response to resolve the issue. Wrote to the Hotel Manager and also no response. Horrible Service from staff n Manager

    Fanno quello che promettono. Hotel nuovo, pulizia impeccabile, letto comodissimo,lenzuola superfine di cotone, cuscini comodi, doccia mega, macchinetta del caffè/cioccolata/cappucci/tisane 24h gratis, colazione varia ed abbondante. Se dovessi viaggiare ancora cercherei prima la vostra catena. Un po' distante dal centro ma servito da bus e metro che funzionano

    Oh my god. This hotel is just so clean and the room is so comfortable. Breakfast is awesome. Enjoy every bit of it. It’s kinda far from the city, but there’s bus station (10 mins on foot) that take us to the city within 20 mins. Therefore is not much a problem for us. Frequency : 15 mins per bus.

    الموظفين في الفندق كانوا جدا ودودين ومتعاون، لكن الفندق بعيد جدا عن المدينة ،الغرفة ضيقة كثيرا،والفطور ليس صحيا ومحدودا جدا ،ولا يناسب المسلمين ،كانت تجربة الفطور سيئة ،حيث لا يتوفر طعام ساخن وليس بإمكانك طلب اي شي ليعد في تلك اللحظة ،الفندق من النوع الاقتصادي جدا رغم ان سعره لم يكن كذلك ،
