Very pleasant staff at the desk, good location. Easy access to the motorway and Madrid city centre. Grocery shops just around the corner.
Our booking was for two nights, and we stayed in room 119. On the arrival the room was freezing, the corridor was much warmer. The fan wasn't doing any work. We couldn’t get out under the duvet, the temperature in the room wasn’t getting any warmer after 3 hours. The second night was a little bit warmer.
Towels weren’t changed for the second day, only the floor mat. Towels were still damp from night before.
We were traveling around Spain for 14 days, and stayed in many different hotels. The Ibis Madrid Getafe hotel was number 9. I'm sorry, the worst experience so far.
Madrid was the only city we stayed for two nights. Would be much more better if we book different hotel for the second day.
Most of the hotels in Nova days has a kettle or coffee machine in the room, unfortunately not in all Ibis hotels. I think it would be a huge bonus.
We had an amazing experience @ Ibis hotel in Granada.

The staff was welcoming and friendly.
The Café is lovely. The Room very clean with a comfortable bed.
Curtains have to be drawn during the day in rooms facing the inner yard. I have stayed before a few times in the same hotel in rooms facing the street and they are much better.
When I booked the room through Booking.com, I wrote my request and expected a room facing the street.

Location. Staff were friendly. Shower was nice.
Room’s small when three in there. Beds in twin room were not full width single beds. Very narrow. The pull out bed in our triple room was so noisy and springy with a thin mattress. Thankfully my 9 year old took that but it really would not have worked for anyone any bigger. It was not set up upon arrival so we had to set it up ourselves which was disappointing. With this set up, the room was very cramped with barely any space to move around. The air conditioning wasn’t effective. In the end I had it on 14 degrees on the highest fan setting and it was still warm in there. The twin room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke which was frustrating as all rooms are listed as non-smoking so you don’t expect it to smell of cigarettes.
