- Zentrale Lage - Schöne und individuelle Einrichtung - Bequeme Betten
- Brandschutz: Kein Fluchtweg im Holzhaus, nur eine zentrale Holztreppe in den vierten Stock, nur kleine Fenster ohne Fluchtmöglichkeit, für unser Gefühl im Brandfall absolut unzureichend - Drei hintereinander abzuschließende Türen (wieso eigentlich?) und ein schlecht beleuchtetes enges fensterloses Treppenhaus, was das Erlebnis auch nicht besser macht - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (143 pro Nacht ohne Frühstück ist u.E. zu hoch) - Kein Kontakt zu den Gastgebern (Zahlenschloss und schriftliche Instruktionen zum Betreten und Verlassen)
