The upstairs apartment features two bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, and a living room with a TV. One of the bedrooms also has a comfortable fold-out bed, so we can easily accommodate a larger family. The south-facing balcony is accessible from both the living area and one of the bedrooms.
There is space in the courtyard to park a car (or two cars, if needed), and bicycles can be stored in a dry place in an outbuilding. For longer stays, a washing machine is available, and Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful stay, as the wine-growing village of Schweigen offers not only a variety of cozy and convivial wine bars but also an exceptional location on the border with France and at the start of the German Wine Route! It’s an ideal starting point for excursions into the neighboring country and along the Wine Route, or into the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine Valley.
