Nice, spacious apartment with kitchen. Easy check-in.

Bergzabern was quite a positive surprise for us. And the apartment was lovely. Perfect location to explore the area. Check-in was very easy (via a key box). It's worth noting that the owner locks the rooms that aren't beeing used, meaning if you are two people it is assumed that you will share one bed room. If you need two, tell him ahead of time. I read quite a few negative comments around that, so knew about it. To be honest, if it keeps the room price low, I am really ok with it. Cleaning two extra rooms and changing extra bed linens also costs money that needs to be covered by guests. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment.

The kitchen was a bit dark and don't expect anything from the balcony (it's a dark place for drying clothes). Also, it was a bit cold in the aparmtnet. We only found the heating a bit late in the night. Since the day we arrived was a fairly cold spring day it would have been nice to switch on heating before guests arrive, but other than that the apartment was perfect.

Bad Bergzabern und Umgebung sehr schön, Ferienwohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Es war nicht sauber, überall waren Haare, vermutlich von Hunden. Da eine Person eine Allergie gegen Tierhaare hat, war es ein NO GO.

Wir können auf gar keinen Fall mehr in diese Unterkunft, da die Treppe wirklich eine Zumutung ist

Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig. Es war direkt in der Altstadt.

Die Treppe war extrem steil, so dass unser Hund nur mit Mühe und Not diese Treppe laufen konnte. Er ist sehr groß, so dass man ihn nicht tragen kann. Auf diese steile Treppe sollte im Angebot hingewiesen werden, da es auch für ältere Leute fast unmöglich ist, diese Treppe zu gehen. Des weiteren gab es nur einen Handlauf über einen Teil der Treppe, so dass man Angst haben musste, hinunter zu fallen. Im Flur roch es enorm nach künstlichen Duftstoffen; ebenso waren Duftstoffe in der Wohnung verteilt. Im Badezimmer und auch im Wohnzimmer waren Accessoires, die dick mit Staub bedeckt waren. Im Schlafzimmer befand sich nur eine Kleiderstange und ein vierer Kallax Regal; somit sah es im Schlafzimmer immer unordentlich aus.

Innenstadtnah, jedoch sehr ruhig, kein nennenswerter Verkehr. Wohnung umfangreich ausgestattet und sauber. Betten hart, aber bequem.

Parkmöglichkeit wird in der Anzeige als Ausstattung benannt, muss jedoch vorher angefragt und reserviert werden, dies hätte prominenter vermerkt sein können. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus sehr beschränkt, daher 5 Minuten entfernt kostenlos geparkt (ist durchaus akzeptabel und machbar, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist) Treppe zur Wohnung sehr steil, könnte bei körperlich eingeschränkten oder älteren Personen Probleme geben. Fenster der Küche geht Richtung einer wenige Zentimeter entfernen Wand, Küche daher immer dunkel...

Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und doch ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Check-in war reibungslos. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber unproblematisch. Im Wohnzimmer kann man sich wohl fühlen und den Abend nach einer Wanderung oder anderen vielfältigen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung ausklingen lassen. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Lediglich etwas missverständlich war der Umfang der zur Verfügung stehenden Schlafzimmer, da diese sich an der Personenzahl bemisst. Hier muss man auf der Angebotsseite genau lesen. Für uns, die zu Zweit unterwegs waren, war dies aber kein Problem und stellt keinen wirklichen Minuspunkt dar.

Toller Aufenthalt in Bad Bergzabern

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Vermieterin am Telefon sehr freundlich. Einrichtung ist sauber, geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Die Böden knarzen bei jedem Schritt, man weckt die Mitbewohner, wenn man nachts mal zur Toilette muss.
