About this house rental
The house is about 100 square meters, has 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, a combined living / dining room with seating for 6 persons, TV and radio-CD USB player. For relaxing there is a large balcony and a garden with furniture / umbrella, of course, with barbecue facilities.
The original house is more than 300 years old. The Baufundament consists of sandstones of elmstein castle. Entrained by citizens of Elmstein after the destruction of the castle.
The ceilings throughout the building are low (2.10 m). Since the renovation, the beams and the truss are visible again.
The bathroom has been completely renovated, the shower has a higher ceiling.
You can reach the garden via the kitchen, or by a private alley. The garden is adjacent to a refreshing and not deep stream. The garden is located on the south side, where you can soak up the sun with joy in a deckchair on the lawn or while drinking coffee on the terrace.
At lower temperatures, a fireplace in the living room makes for cozy warmth.
