Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei Nachfragen und Problemen. Tolle Lage trotz Steilhang am Haus, Nähe zum Pfälzer Wald, tolle Küchenausstattung und überdachte Terrasse.
Schiebetür zum Schlafzimmer schließt nicht ganz, aber bei der Wärme war das kein Problem. Jalousien oder Rollos an allen Fenstern wären besonders bei Hitze hilfreich. In den Schlafzimmern waren diese ja vorhanden.

Lage gut für Wanderungen. Schöner Aussenbereich.
Ziemlicher Reparatur und Renovierungstau. Steckdosen defekt, Kaffeemaschine leckt, Boden notdürftig mit Klebeband geklebt, Bretter auf Balkon locker, Besteck schmutzig, Dreck auf den Fensterbänken, im Bad läuft das Waschbecken nicht ab, das Wasser der Dusche läuft leider nicht Richtung Abfluss Hier sollte mal für den doch recht hohen Preis etwas investiert werden.

Tolle Lage mit weiter Sicht auf die Rheinebene. Schönes großes Bad und Küche. Wohn- und Esszimmer sehr schön integriert, absolut großer Fernseher mit externer Soundbar. Ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Überdachte Aussenterasse mit Blick ins "Landesinnere". Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss.

Nicht richtig sauber Einige Türen lassen sich nur mit Druck schließen Dusche läuft nicht ab. Mülleimer im Haus sollten ausgetauscht werden
