    We stayed at the sister hotel by Locke in Lisbon and loved it, so we thought we would try this one in Paris. Wow, we were so grateful to have found this ! The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. The location was excellent. Their amenities, from the gym to the cafe, workspace & restaurant were lush and made for an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking again ! Thank you

    The location is generally convenient and staff were friendly, but the cleanliness and general maintenance of the room could be better.

    booked this place with high expectation. but when we first came into the room, i found a used bottle in the balcony, soap and shampoo was left almost empty. Simply means they did not cleaned up the room appropriately, and did not top-up the amenities as accordingly. they don't clean up the room throughout our five nights of stay. Really upsetting compared to hotels in asia. And they required you to pay for every clean up per day. Yet they don't even do a proper job in the first place when we arrived. What's the point of paying? These were the disappointment we encounter. very upsetting as well, cause we paid a huge sum of money yet we did not experience the best. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Locations were great as well, neighbourhood were safe. Gym equipments- were faulty and they did not amend them. overall- i will give them 2.5/5
