Great location - cafes, a pub, supermarket and fab restaurant (Polk) a short walk away. 15 minutes walk to Glenelg Jetty and bus stops close by.

Location was good
On entry to the property there was a odour (doggy smell), were quite a few dirty dishes/ cutlery we had to was before using & the bbq was dirty so we never used it. Flooring was very loud to walk on & felt like floor boards were broken.

The location is great and the bedrooms are comfortable. Decent space and relatively quiet externally considering the location.
I've previously stayed in its adjacent house so I knew it was well equipped in a good location.
I also appreciated the communications from the company hosting. Acknowledgement of floor replacements did make me reconsider getting a little upset at the floor condition.
The house itself shares a wall with its neighbouring twin and while you couldn't "really" hear them talking, the shared creaky floors sounded like they were in the hallways and lounge room with you. I assume this may be fixed with the flooring update.
We also had A LOT of ants. We couldn't work out where they came from but from the bathroom/kitchen to the front room: Ants.
Side note: we laughed at the third bedroom bed being pushed and left in the middle of the bedroom.
