The contemporary open-plan living area boasts comfortable furnishings and abundant natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're lounging on the large sofas, enjoying a meal at the dining table, or cooking up a storm in the brand new kitchen, every moment will be filled with comfort and convenience.



The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek cabinetry, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Whip up your favorite dishes or try your hand at local seafood delicacies—the choice is yours. And with a BBQ in the courtyard, alfresco dining is a must!



Retreat to one of the four bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in robe, offering a luxurious haven for relaxation. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests with its two single beds. Families traveling with babies will appreciate the availability of a port-a-cot and highchair at the house, ensuring little ones can rest comfortably too.



Both bathrooms exude modern elegance, with a bathtub in the main bathroom for indulgent soaking sessions. With sleek finishes and contemporary design, these bathrooms offer a spa-like experience for guests. For added convenience, there is an additional powder room on the ground level, and a laundry room with washing machine.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the secure garage parking for 2 cars. Enjoy the convenience of a private courtyard with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Please note, there is one locked storage cupboard located under the stairs that cannot be accessed by guests.

Seacliff beach is 700 metres from the property, approximately a 10 minute walk. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the city, or embarking on a wine tasting tour in the nearby McLaren Vale region, getting around is a breeze from this central location.



Other Things to Note:

We supply enough toilet rolls and other consumables for the average stay, however please note for longer stays, and depending on your usage, you may need to purchase more.



Port-a-cot is supplied, please BYO bedding/sheets for infants.



For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.



House-trained dogs are welcome by request, and an additional $100 pet stay fee applies. Please discuss with us before making your booking. Your furry friends are part of the adventure, and we're here to accommodate their needs too. Please note, guest must clean up after their pets, pets are not allowed on soft furnishings or beds, and are not to be left unmonitored inside or outside the property for extended periods of time.

It can be hard finding the right holiday house to suit everyone's needs but this one was great. Clean and spacious in good location. Extras to make this a 5 star is a dryer, spare blankets, drawers in bedrooms and a 2nd tv in master bedroom. Will stay again.
