Weather was rainy and cold for our visit and we were a bit cold in our room.

We liked how spacious and modern the place was, we liked the shared facilities and the location! Also enjoyed the views and the large large bed
There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner for the bathrooms

We booked a standard motel room which was quiet, comfortable and with a nice view. The bonus was the access to a 'resort style' kitchen/ dining/ living area in a building next door. From there you could cook dinner in a well equipped kitchen, eat at a dining table and then sit in a lounge and enjoy the view. Also equipped with a good quality table tennis table.
Nothing wrong with the motel. Nelson is very quiet off season, which could be considered a bonus!
