About this house rental
Welcome to your secluded holiday escape of natural beauty.
Luxurious 4-bedroom home with spectacular views of the Glenelg River.
The space
Everything is provided for your 5-star getaway, beginning with the immediate comfort of underfloor heating throughout the main top floor of the home. Four luxurious carpeted bedrooms all with TVs and Netflix, along with internet access. 3 separate outdoor entertaining areas including a private electric hot stone sauna room. Gourmet kitchen area including double oven and gas hotplates, 2 fridges, with basic pantry staples included. Games room equipped with pool table, table tennis, darts, arcade machine and large wall mounted TV and sitting area. 100m walk to the jetty for fishing.
Guest access and House Rules
Guests have full access to all areas.
Coded entry pad is provided for your convenience.
Strictly no more than 8 guests are allowed on the property, this includes both adults and children, as there is a limited supply of rainwater along with a self contained onsite septic system which cannot accommodate more than 8 guests.
Maximum of 2 infants (0-2 years old) per booking allowed.
Strictly no visitors, parties or functions.
Strictly no smoking inside the home including the games room. No cigarette butts to be disposed of in house bins. Please use sand buckets provided on outside decks.
Strictly no pets.
Maximum of 4 cars allowed per booking or 3 cars & 1 boat (2-3 driveway spaces).
If any of the above rules are broken you will forfeit your security deposit and we also reserve the right to inspect the property and cancel your booking immediately.
Interaction with guests
Hosts, Kellie and Patrick, are able to organise someone to greet and guide you throughout your stay or let you enjoy your privacy if that is your preference. Detailed information about the house and region are provided at the premises.

Low Season: April - Sept (inclusive).
Mid Season: October - November & February - March (inclusive).
High Season: December - January (inclusive) and Easter.
Bedroom One has one King Size Bed.
Bedroom Two offers flexibility of two Single Beds or one King Size Bed.
Bedroom Three has one Queen Bed.
Fourth bedroom has one Queen Bed and is downstairs with a separate entrance. Only available for bookings over 6 people.
Portacot - no linen provided and highchair available on request.
All linen including pillows, towels, toilet paper is provided.
Delonghi Nespresso Coffee machine and a selection of pods provided, please feel free to bring additional of your own personal favourites to enjoy throughout your stay.

Nelson is perfectly situated for leisurely day trips along the rugged Limestone Coast. Experience the beauty of the famous volcanic Blue Lake in Mount Gambier or Mount Schank. Wine lovers can take a day trip to the world famous Coonawarra. World famous cave diving is also a hidden gem.
There is a welcoming rustic country pub, and convenient road house for fuel and takeaway food.

Our group of 8 adults loved staying in this beautifully designed, fully equipped and most importantly, comfortable home. The property is spacious, providing multiple areas for the whole group and for relaxing individual downtime. The view of the Glenelg River from the property is stunning!Hosts' Kellie and Patrick were very friendly and easy to communicate with, happily answering questions about the property and Nelson.Can't wait to stay again next year!

This house is truly the most extravagant and beautifully positioned property in Nelson. Every room exceeded our expectations and the facilities were amazing. Several areas are provided for privacy to allow adult couples a quiet retreat from the group. We had an amazing holiday.

This is a wonderful house to stay in. The facilities are excellent and everything it says it is. Kellie was a dream to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to staying again sometime. Thankyou
