Bien situado. Literalmente a 30 pasos de la parada del metro.
Buena comunicación con el propietario.
Limpio, sin excesos, teniendo en cuenta los estándares de limpieza británicos.
Correcto en menaje de cocina
Calidad-precio razonable para lo que es Londres.
Se nota el ruído del metro pero no impide el descanso.
Moqueta en todo el piso (en algunas zonas con deterioro y desgaste).
Las ventanas por supuesto no se limpian (es una constante en los pisos ingleses…)
Las colchones y almohadas de las camas necesitan recambio.
El acceso a la vivienda es lamentable (nos lo avisaron). No entiendo cómo no se pueden poner de acuerdo los vecinos en hacer el mínimo acondicionamiento porque realmente la zona es bonita.

L'appartamento pulitissimo e molto attrezzato in una zona tranquillissima e ad 1 minuto dalla fermata della metro Nottingh Hill gate, servita dalle linee che ti collegavano a tutte le principali attrazioni di Londra. Vicinissimi diversi negozi e bar. Risposte velocissime a tutti i nostri dubbi e richieste.Inoltre ci è stato gentilmente consentito un check in anticipato.
Niente di negativo da segnalare.

Квартира немного отличается от фото, но это все еще комфортные условия, мебель в отличном состоянии, есть все необходимое для проживания, на кухне много утвари для готовки еды

The location was great.
Apartment clean. Loved the sofas in the lounge.
Beds comfortable.
Host very responsive and communicationed well when we had an issue.
Would recommend if you want a break in the Notting Hill area.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the bathroom shower. However the host was very responsive and communicated well. In the end he offered us a partial refund which was much appreciated. He has also confirmed that the shower has now been repaired.
