The apartment was amazingly quiet! People were respectful during the day and I didn't hear any noise from any of the other apartments at night, nor did I hear any road noise. For being so close to the CBD (it is a great location by the way!), it really impressed me how quiet it was. I also liked that there was tea, coffee, milk and body wash supplied, and the owner was very welcoming.
The bed was a bit soft/saggy for me but I still got a great sleep.

The location is great - it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the CBD area. The apartment itself is well-equipped and cozyly furnished, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes it really comfortable to live there. Plus, there's not much noise around, so it's overall very livable. The lovely paintings in the room really brighten up my mood! The landlord even left little gifts and messages, which was so thoughtful.
