The property was very clean. Towels and bed linen all white and clean. Comfy beds. Three bathrooms, en-suite downstairs would suit a less able couple. Close to Staithes Village. Excellent fish & chip shop close by. Co-op close and cafe and Antiques Centre next door. Whitby and Robin Hood Bay not too far. Gentleman greeted us on arrival and had put the heating on for us. Very pleasant, then left us alone to enjoy our stay.
Just needed a Hot Tub, no seriously, nothing to complain about.

Stayed at the Orangery with my family, age range 6 to 86. Perfect for us all. We were able to get into the property through the back entrance straight into the utility room which was excellent for unloading the car and leaving our sandy shoes! The property is bright and clean and if you love to be warm then the heating works very well!! We made good use of the washer/dryer. The cafe adjacent to the property is lovely with a very good menu.
Nothing to dislike.
