Liked the location a short walk to the beach
The place needed a bit of decorating. The oven was low but that was the style of the oven.

Location was great. It was full of character and liked the gardens/ outdoor areas.
The kitchen was too small for 10 guests.

Around a 25 min walk into Staithe harbour.10 min to the co op for provisions.
The property was not finished to as good a standard as we expected it was adequate but nothing more.

It had 5 bathrooms which was good . Comfortable beds…
The kitchen was fairly well equipped. No filters for coffee machine tho. Also a bit cramped for 9 people. And not enough cooking space for 9 people.
Also the living room furniture was not as welcoming as the photo. Quite hard leatherette sofas not comfy cottagey as the photo suggests.
