New clean stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. As advertised in the pictures.
We handled fine. The location on third floor could be a challenge for some. The outside noise could be bothersome for some. The city bus stops outside and their announcements are very loud. The neighborhood quotes down late and wakes up early. Call it city noise. Parking is free road parking. Parallel parking only. Possibly have to hunt for a parking spot.

EVERYTHING! The space was very cozy and felt like home! Very quiet neighborhood! The rooftop patio was also an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the space was so clean!!!! This property is in close proximity to everything! Sophia was very sweet and kind to us. She was very helpful and communicative if we needed anything! We will stay here again in the future and refer our friends and family!
The parking was scarce but, we were able to park with no issues!

Very clean
Only one tv in the house and that’s in the kitchen area it was not ideal for a family with children. It’s 2026 and tvs are cheap. They need to advertise it like that so people can know what they are paying for
