Updated South Philly Home - Central to the city and Stadiums

Everything was great host response was fast and warming . The home was great as well nice clean and we had parking

Property was well maintained and family friendly. Our family enjoyed our stay as the property was fairly close to downtown.

Great stay for the Christmas Holiday with my family. Beautiful home very spacious and cozy. The TV room with oversized games was our favorite part.

We did not know the Superbowl parade would end up overlaping with our trip. Happy for the Eagles but since we are not football people it pretty much changed the whole trip. The host was not able to accommodate a cancellation so we went and made the best of it. The host was slow to return messages (sometimes a full 24 hours between messages) and did not give us clear instructions for check in or check out. The house was nice on the inside. The listing said it accommodates up to 12 and we listed 12 coming but there were not enough towels, plates, cutlery, etc. for 12. We did not end up with 12 and the 7 we had felt like too many with the supplies offered. Street parking was tight ( not sure if this is normal- possibly due to the Superbowl parade?? ) we had to parallel park in a tight spot and had cars backed up with a driver yelling at us "learn to park" maybe that's just the "Philly Charm" ? Other than that we had no negative interactions with the neighbors.
