Well appointed apartment with view over Lake Geneva. Lovely balcony. Good kitchen, a little compact, but very functional. Kitchen staples provided. Very good check in instructions, provided well in advance as well as a comprehensive instruction and information booklet provided in the apartment. Many tourism brochures also available to use.
Parking garage was very useful. Access is a little tight, but this is quite common in France and we were grateful to have undercover, off street parking.
Lift to level 4 wonderful, especially with suitcases.
Very clean and well looked after apartment.
Having a good washing machine and clothes airer was great to catch up on laundry while on an extended holiday.
Large Intermache supermarket a few minutes drive away.
Easy walking to see the sites of Thonon-les-Bains.
Mersida responded promptly when the air conditioning was not working when we arrived during a heatwave. She was very concerned and followed through extremely well to have the problem fixed quickly. After this, the air conditioning functioned well for remainder of our stay.
The bedroom is not air conditioned, so having the windows open and an electric fan (generously provided by Mersida) made things far more pleasant in the extreme heat.
Mersida is an excellent host, very helpful, friendly and responsive.
We would happily stay here again.
Only minor and perhaps it’s a French thing - a set of kitchen thongs would have been handy. Just about every other kitchen utensil you can think of is there!

Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es war an viele kleine, nette Details gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Hatten im Wohnzimmer immer Temperaturen um 27 / 28 °.
Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken war extrem schwach. War schwierig, sich dort zu waschen. Die Dusche in der Badewanne hingegen hat perfekt funktioniert.
