Rest and relaxation in a unique comfortable location close to all we required. Thank you.

The host was eager to answer any questions. He was helpful and promptly dealt with an issue that arose during our stay. I definitely recommend Instant-Leman. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location is also good, especially since we didn't have a car. All we needed was within walking distance.

The only issue was when a neighbour smoked on their balcony and we had the back door open. It only happened a couple of times and we simply closed the door for a while.

Very practical studio near the center

I travelled with my wife and two kids (4 and 1 y.o.) and we stayed 3 nights. The studio is very well equipped, it has everything you may need, and everything works perfectly (hot water, heating, kitchen, shower, wifi, TV …). It is all so well organized that you can find everything yourself, and whenever you don’t know the answer, you go to the written instructions and the answer is there. Check-in without contact is very convenient. Breakfast is very complete. Location, it’s 5 minutes’ walk from the city center, and easy to access by car. Parking was also great. Beds are conformtable.

Nothing special. If we would come for a long stay (such as 2 weeks), it would be great to have a wardrove as well, so that we can take out the clothes from the suitcases.

Good location, clean & comfortable, the accomodation had everything you needed, the breakfast items were good & ample for the 3 of us, I would recommend.

it's ok for budget

I think the best description is that is accommodation is as much as you can get for this money. Is nothing special and is exactly like in the pictures. I doubt you can find something better for this money in the area. We had a car and it only takes 30-40 min to Geneva. The sheets are quite old but they are clean. Instructions received on the phone were clear and we had no problems getting into the apartment.

The parking was always full. The good thing is that there is a bigger one 3 minutes away. I don't particularly like accommodations with that many rules when you leave like gather all sheets in one place, start the vacuum cleaner, set the heating system, etc. but maybe that's only me.

Bon séjour, malgré le petit déjeuner.

L'accés plein pied, le calme, l'état géneral, propre mais peu mieux faire.

Le petit déjeuner porte bien son nom. Pain congelé, lait dans le frigo périmé, la bouilloire pleine de calcaire, un seul filtre à café... . Les petites annotations qui vous font bien comprendre de ne pas abuser sinon c'est facturé en plus, le ménage compris mais il faut défaire les lits, aller vider les poubelles, passer le balai avant de partir (encore ça sa passe). Nous avons toujours rendu les logements loués très propre, question de principe. Pas simple de trouver la clé, le GPS me faisait aller dans une autre rue qui portait presque le même nom. Il serait plus simple d'avoir un point GPS envoyé par le propriétaire.

Nie polecam nikomu - nawet na jeden dzień

Witam, kupiłem opcję noclegu na jeden dzień ze śniadaniem dla 3 osób dorosłych. Rzeczy które są nie do zaakceptowania to: - śniadanie to były 3 x zamrożone bagietki, 3 x kostki masła, 3 x miniaturowe słoiczki z dżemem i 3 x małe soczki nic świeżego - to jest jakiś żart i zwykłe oszustwo. - mieszkanie miało brudną podłogę - bardzo trudno było dostać się do mieszkania - bardzo skomplikowana instrukcja odbioru kluczy - straciliśmy na tym ok 1h godziny - kaucja ogromna i nieadekwatna do warunków mieszkaniowych - łóżko dla trzeciej osoby było nieprzygotowane, bez pościeli i składało się podczas leżenia - w lodówce dodatkowe i nieoznaczone cenami picie za które właściciel straszył dodatkowymi opłatami - podczas rezerwacji na booking brak opisu, że sprzątanie miekszania jest dodatkowo płatne - znów straciliśmy 1h przy wymeldowaniu na wynoszeniu śmieci, zdejmowaniu pościeli, myciu naczyń - kolejne oszustwo. - ogród i taras zaniedbany - trawa po kolana - aż nie chciało się nam tam przebywać. - depozyt na potrzeby zniszczeń 500E w stosunku do 90E kosztu noclegu??? - brak miejsca na samochód - wszystkie wyznaczone miejsca były zablokowane - standard miejszania znacznie odbiego od prezentowanego na zdjęciach Nie polecam nikomu
