Komplett und modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit phantastischem großen West-Balkon. Morgens im Schatten frühstücken und ab Mittag die Sonne genießen bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seeseite.

Die Bilder versprachen eine hochkomfortable Ferienwohnung mit allem Luxus und Esprit. Natürlich ist die Wohnung dekorativ eingerichtet, aber alles in allem ist alles sehr anonym, kalt und Hallig. Die Ledersofas sind nicht wirklich bequem, zuviel Glas und Laminat macht die Atmosphäre nicht heimelig. Auch das Equipment in der Küche lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche allerdings ist gut ausgestattet, kochen lässt sich hier gut. Das Badezimmer ist - fast - eine Zumutung. Ein Fenster nach draußen wurde aus welchen Gründen auch immer zugemauert, so dass es hier total dunkel ist, dazu wirklich eng, man kann sich kaum drehen. Der Duschschlauch war defekt und hing halb aus der Vorrichtung heraus, angeblich soll der Vermieter es reparieren, man fragt sich nur, wie lange er es schon zugesagt hat. Ebenfalls die separate Toilette - eine enge Dunkelkammer und für stabilere Menschen fast ungeeignet (wir passten einigermassen hinein.) Das Schlafzimmer war ganz passabel, aber durch das Laminat auch relativ Hallig. Sehr gut haben uns die Glasleuchten und -bilder gefallen, die im Geschäft der Besitzerin in Yvoire bestaunt werden können und in der Wohnung in Vielzahl genutzt wurden. Perle der Wohnung ist die Sonnenterrasse mit einem wirklich spektakulären Blick auf den See. Das Equipment hier ist sehr angenehm mit Liegestühlen, Tischen etc. Nur hier kommt wirklich Urlaubsstimmung auf. Ansonsten ist die Lage schwer zu erreichen, man muss tatsächlich über viele Treppen und Stufen umständlich vom Auto zur Wohnung erst über einen längeren steilen Stieg klettern. Man kann direkt über einen "Buschweg" steil hinab auch ans Wasser, das Tor ist mit einem Zahlenschloss gesichert. Wir sind diesen Weg nur einmal gegangen und können das auch nicht empfehlen - nur für Kleinwüchsige geeignet und bei Regen sehr glitschig. Natürlich gab es ein paar Gimmicks, wie z. B. reduzierte Bootsfahrt von Yvoire und eine Rabattkarte für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Aber nach der Abreise zeigte sich das wahre Gesicht der Vermieterin: Es sollte zur Endreinigung noch ein Nachschlag von 20 € gezahlt werden, weil die Reinigungskraft länger gebraucht habe.... Auf Nachfrage erledigte sich das - es wurden auch die Fenster tournusmäßig geputzt. Aber man kann es ja einmal versuchen - noch Fragen?

L' emplacement au dessus du lac et l'installation sont superbes et le logement impeccable; l'accueil très sympathique et agréable (points communs à Paris 20ème). Il n'y a rien à reprocher, si ce n'est l'accès difficile pour des gens âgés (prévenir) et l'éclairage parcimonieux de la SDB. Nous retournerions volontiers dans cet endroit magnifique. Félicitations pour la décoration.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de charme et d'originalité. De la terrasse (très bien aménagée) on peut découvrir une spendide vue sur le lac Léman. La location est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous remercions vivement Monsieur et Madame BAUDRY pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et simplicité, leurs précieux conseils et leur disponibilité. appartement magnifique,tout en lumière,très original dans sa conception (les chambres ont pour fenêtres de grands hublots) -et sa décoration: chaque objet est choisi pour sa valeur artistique-tout est beau . Le séjour se double d'une terrasse immense et aussi très bien meublée et d'où on plonge sur tout le lac-ce lieu: que du bonheur

La location est tout simplement parfaite tant à l'intérieur (avec son séjour spacieux, sa cuisine fonctionnelle et ses 2 grandes belles chambres) qu'à l'extérieur (avec sa belle terrasse et sa vue panoramique sur le lac Léman!). Location très bien située avec possibilités d'accès depuis le lac ou depuis les hauteurs de Thonon. impossible de s'ennuyer sur place et dans les environs... plus la Suisse qui n'est pas loin! Enfin, un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux !!! J'oubliais... c'est la troisième fois qu'avec ma femme et mon fils de 7 ans nous louons ici et ce n'est sûrement pas la dernière fois! Belle appartement bien équipé et propre, correspondant totalement à l’annonce. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Les propriétaires, qui habitent au-dessus de l’appartement, ne sont pas du tout intrusifs mais reste à notre service. Ils peuvent nous conseiller sur les choses à faire et celles à éviter, pareil pour les restaurants. A un peu moins de 20 minutes à pied du centre et à 5 minutes de la jetée, idéal pour les promenades du soir. Tout est faisable à pied. Une location à recommander. Attention tout de même aux rues en pente et escaliers qui permettent d’accéder au logement qui ne conviennent pas aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.
