La ubicacion es excepcional y la habitacion es muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. El edificio es muy tranquilo, y las zonas comunes tambien son muy bonitas y estan muy bien equipadas.Tuvimos un problema con el vuelo de llegada y necesite hacer gestiones con la reserva y me contestaron super rápido, dándome solución enseguida. Lo recomiendo 100%.
La habitacion no se parecía a la que reservé pero aún asi era super bonita.

La struttura è molto bella esteticamente.
Siamo arrivati in tarda serata (22,00), la mattina successiva ho subito fatto presente che il pavimento del bagno non era pulito adeguatamente. Mi è stato risposto che le pulizie non erano comprese nella mia vacanza di 5 giorni. Il cartello attaccato alla porta diceva diversamente. Ho provato a chiedere i prodotti necessari per le pulizie, ero disposto a occuparmene io. Successivamente mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto comprare io il necessario per le pulizie e che in un secondo momento sarei stato rimborsato. Non sono mai stato rimborsato.
