Perfect for small groups! Has everything for cooking meals, entertainment, comfort, etc! Amazing value for the cost, and the beds are HUGE!!!
The ONLY downside was the train nearby, in which you can hear it pretty loudly when it passes by every 10-15 mins. Didn't interrupt anyone's sleep, but will make you look out the window when you hear it because it is pretty loud! I saw thiscomment from a previous tenant before I booked and still decided to take my chances, and I'm glad I did, because everything else this apartment has to offer FAR outweighs some noise from the train every now and then. If you're a light sleeper or tend to hyperfixate on outside noises, maybe worth thinking more about!

I loved the contemporary beauty of the interior of the building. The layout and bedrooms were very comfortable in our 3 bd unit and the kitchen worked out great to cook in as we did several times.
The three floors of amenities and open balconies at different angles and different floors were extraordinary! Topnotch art and books throughout as well!
The inside of our unit could use more lighting since not in the ceiling, perhaps two more tall lamps in the living area
Just a little brighter lamps in the bedroom
