Freshly Minted 2BR - Elegance & Comfort in Central Chicago

The amenities, onsite staff and feeling very safe are phenomenal.

The owner of the condo we stayed in (Airbnb) should have the cleaning staff to thoroughly clean instead of just surface cleaning. There is a club across the street & the people get a bit loud & rowdy late at night. Also, be ware that you can tolerate the noise from the city train coming through. Don’t bother me, but may bother others.

Loved the location and building!! It was close to CTA, restaurants, shopping. The amenities were wonderful and all staff were wonderful.

We arrived by time assigned and unit was dirty, had not been cleaned. Contacted management and was advised they would send someone out to clean. Left for over 7 hours, returned and unit still not cleaned. Contacted management to be moved and was told initially nothing available. Continued waiting for cleaners, no response then finally 60-90 minutes later we moved for 1 night to another unit. We were assured initially nothing available would be clean by 10am then the next day it was still not clean by 1015 so we left and finally 2nd day, unit was cleaned. No offer for compensation was made and frankly, it soured my mind to this management group. Would highly highly recommend building but not Envitae group management. They are not local and though something was left behind, no offer to return it or even notified if found.

The apartment was spacious and modern (brand new building), with an amazing view to Chicago (on the 9-th floor with french windows and view to downtown) Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Stylish and spotless. Everything was brand new. The beds were very comfortable. Location : It is in West Loop area, which seems to be an industrial area in the past, but it’s been rapidly developing now, with lots of new modern buildings. The location of this building is perfect - on W Randolph Street, which is a large boulevard, full of restaurants. Just round the corner there is a Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria where you can try the famous Deep Dish pizza. The CTA station Morgan is not very close and we used mostly Uber. This building is just 10 min drive to downtown by Uber. The customer service is brilliant. Their response has been always fast and helpful.

It would have been great if there was a storage in the building, so that the guests can leave their luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Great location. Everything is very new and comfortable.

It was all excellent.
