Modern & Airy 2-Bed Gem in Trendy Stoke Newington

The property itself was pretty good. It was a cleverly designed house that was fitted everything in to a small footprint. We were visiting our old neighborhood and the location was just where we needed to be.

The shop where you pick up the keys is completely the other side of Stoke Newington so not very convenient. We found the management company, City Relay, to be very confusing with their communications, it often felt like we were speaking to a bot not a human. We had an issue with the heating, we stayed during a very hot week in May and even though the heating was set to 9 degrees it still came on twice a day and we couldn't turn it off at the thermostat or radiator. We tried to get this fixed throughout our stay, we did get one workman arrive but he couldn't do anything and the hosts left it at that, no further action. As such the living room area of the house was completely unusable.
