Takes long to refund deposit and days to respond but the building is secure and quiet

no heating in the rooms but multiple big windows it is always cold, the pillows are all very hard and big, they do not supply any extra bin bags incase the bin needs to be changed. One of the curtains in the living room has no curtain buses can see inside I checked out on 13/02 and only received deposit receipt and process on 17/02, not very professional or fast responses

SCAM! Big Time Fraud! The host is a Fraud and Unsafe. They never returned our refundable deposit.

Nothing. Just nothing Its a scam Owner loot us for 250 pounds and took our deposit which was supposed to be refunded back

Could be better

Apart from the initial cleaning, during the three weeks of our stay the property was never cleaned despite numerous requests, and we had to take care of it ourselves. The central location is convenient but often noisy. I had several issues with the Wi-Fi connection, and only after numerous requests the modem was replaced.

Very loud at night. No window coverings and it was very hot and one small fan.

Good overall, road noise is a factor

Location was very convenient and the flat was well-equipped. It’s finished to a good standard and quite comfortable. The response time was also quick for any questions. If would be a flat with better sound proofing in the bedroom (rather than in the living area) then would stay again.

The bedroom in the flat I was given had no sound proofing, only the living room was quieter. I had to sleep in there instead on a couple of nights. The flat also gets the smell of food odours from the businesses below. The mattress could do with a topper as well to be more comfortable.
